Tom Whalen

Yesterday I found a poster by Tom Whalen for Toy Story whilst browsing the internet and it was awesome! So awesome I posted a link on both facebook and twitter. Today I've found more of him and I think he is a new favourite. His colour combinations and his composition leaves me sat here smiling going "Wow. I wish I could do that." Not to mention that he hooked me on on posters for Toy Story and Dumbo, two of my childhood favourites. So I'm now showing you some more of his stuff. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Toby the Orangutan

I love Orangutans, they are my favourite of the Ape family. I especially love Molly the most recent baby orang at Twycross Zoo in Leicestershire.

Kevin Roberts

Kevin Roberts, the CEO Worldwide of Saatchi and Saatchi, came to Carlisle today and gave us a very inspiring lecture. Lecture is probably the wrong word, it didn't feel like a lecture it was more like going to see a stand up comedian. He is so enthusiastic and funny and a very brilliant people person. But amidst his advice, guidance and interesting talk I did a few quick drawings of a few of my fellow classmates and the man himself.

Kal Gajoum

During a short meander from my work I stumbled upon the work of Kal Gajoum. I love these paintings and would love to be able to paint like this, they have such a vibrancy and I can almost see the people moving. I like them so much I have decided to share them with you. If you want to see more of his work wander on over to his website: www.kalgajoum.com/.
