Kevin Roberts

Kevin Roberts, the CEO Worldwide of Saatchi and Saatchi, came to Carlisle today and gave us a very inspiring lecture. Lecture is probably the wrong word, it didn't feel like a lecture it was more like going to see a stand up comedian. He is so enthusiastic and funny and a very brilliant people person. But amidst his advice, guidance and interesting talk I did a few quick drawings of a few of my fellow classmates and the man himself.

During a short meander from my work I stumbled upon the work of Kal Gajoum. I love these paintings and would love to be able to paint like this, they have such a vibrancy and I can almost see the people moving. I like them so much I have decided to share them with you. Tights...

It's been a bit quiet here for a while, I have become lazy since the Easter holiday but not with my work. Here is a taste of one of my current projects. I love fashion illustration and so incorporating this into a project that is also personal to me, I have decided to design tights! Here's a drawing of six design ideas.
