Hippos and Barbel fish have an interesting relationship. After feeding all night on land the Hippos come down into the river and the Barbel fish come along and give them a spa treatment: dental and skincare. They also enjoy the Hippo's dung. The barbel fish get a large amount of nutrition from this.
