The Pains of Building My Own Website

For the past six weeks I have been building a website for myself (still not launched) and it has been a challenging experience. I like it when it works but it often doesn't for example I have two links on one page that don't currently work and I have no idea why they won't work.
But anyway I've been creating imagery for this project and I quite like it and have therefore decided to post it.

This is for my about bit, I do enjoy hand drawing type. I did more for Contact information too:

It should hopefully turn out well, I have at least enjoyed creating the imagery parts for it and playing with type. I don't think I'll ever be happy with it, since I'm a bit of a perfectionist, there will always be something else to add or change. But at least I now have a vague logo too.
