Pinstripe Penguin Revisited

A few posts ago I posted this handsome fellow, I wasn't happy with him at the time, there was something wrong about it. So I have returned to see what difference I can make with a clear and happy mind. This is what I have come up with, please let me know what you think. I've been so unsure of him that I still am a little, so any feedback would be well appreciated.
